Some have pointed out in the Reddit thread that it is more likely for the next Call of Duty game to be Modern Warfare 4 but the evidence for that is lacking as well. Now we do know one thing for certain, that a new Call of Duty game is currently in the work, however, which franchise the game belongs to is the mystery right now. Seeing how it cant be due to Halloween which has long come to pass, the whole scary and ghost-like theme of the posts is very interesting, to say the least. However, it makes some sense that the imagery is meant to hint at the title of the upcoming Call of Duty given the obvious connotation. The tweets in question can be seen below and they show slightly irrelevant imagery from what you would expect an Infinity Ward communications manager to post unless you were to take Call of Duty Ghosts into account. However, as is the case with any rumor, I do urge you to take it with a pinch of salt. A Call of Duty Reddit post has also drawn focus to the twitter posts and various people have commented saying that there might be some truth to the rumor. It may as well sound like wishful thinking at this point but we are not alone.
